Toaru Kagaku Railgun desktop
The character for those curious is Kirama Harumi from the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun series. Did the render using autoCAD and did the remaining work in photoshop by experimenting with filters and fractal objects.
I'll be featuring this in a tutorial in the next few weeks. And hopefully I can also provide the source file (though shrunk significantly since my copy is 500 MB

OH!!! Before I forget I sized this so it can be used as a wallpaper. The original image is ~4500 by 2500 pixels. This ones about 1900 by 1070 or so. Fave if you like it :D (Big Grin)
