Especially given the original artwork of the game itself is not done by this user, and anyone can make a gif from a game.

just for make the gif i put anything i want , if dont liked, to bad, and make you own --> about "Stealing artwork from Vanguard Princess creator by putting name watermark on files as a "trademark"." i dont steal anything, just put me name cuz i make the gif so who cares about you. so for the next gift make you self and remember put the original autors name o yes i forget "trademark"? chek all site Danbooru , shure you find many legal applyes. :)

That implies that you hold the legal rights to the character and the art itself, as well as claiming intellectual property of the artwork as a whole. the ® means "all rights reserved" by having it after your name you are saying I OWN THIS, I MADE THIS, THIS IS MINE. because you ripped it from a game you can't say that without breaking THE LAW, if "the man" saw this you would be sure to have a law suit on your ass in minutes. ripping is fine you just can't take credit.

tl;dr what you did is stealing
