    Touhouverse vampires also have oni weaknesses because "vampires" are literally written as "blood-sucking onis" in Japanese. Presumably Gensokyo itself has a conceptual/reality-bending effect on vampires (and perhaps other Western mythological/folklore creatures depending on how they are translated into Japanese).
