Seeing as the blood is mainly on Remi's hands and the left side of her face, where Sakuya's arm is covering her eye... I feel like she just clawed her own eye out. Why, though? Maybe it's some sort of Fate, since Odin, the owner of Gungnir, is also missing an eye...
