No. This is the original game Red and the remake version. The pixiv title 「新旧レッド」 is "New and Old Red"

Making the original Red's Pikachu look like how it was drawn in the earlier designs while giving the FR/LG Red the more modern Pikachu style ... that's a really clever touch.
