When I think of that part of the game the song "Why' from Crisis Core: FFVII starts playing. (T.T)

This is pretty bad if it is what I think it is.
Generally speaking, it's just some photoshop filters applied over an old Persona 3 screenshot taken on the PS2 Emulator.

It's pretty badly done as well, seeing as they seem to have missed the underside of the bench pretty easily.
