The dimensions on this seem strange for a dakimakura.
It would be more suitable for a bed sheet (though I don't believe those are double sided!). Each side is 1000 by 1598, whereas you'd expect a dakimakura to have closer to a 1:3 ratio, since they average around 50cm by 150cm.
Comparing it to the Rumia dakimakura recently posted, which ends up being around 1156x3000 on each side, you can see the difference in ratios. Rumia would be a more accurate candidate for a real one (and I believe it is actually being produced).
A third comparison would be the Hina dakimakura image which is also awfully close to the 1:3 ratio, but not spot on. Of course, this is all just speculation, who knows if this one here will actually become a printed pillow? Although with the addition of a rear image, it looks like that may become a reality.
