Is it independent though? Rage of Bahamut, the earlies appearance of Cygames' Cerberus, came out over 4 years before this game.

How exactly would one depict Keroberos as a cute girl exactly? There are currently two. a cute kenomimi with hand puppets and literally three people with one mind. The artist decided to do the former, she is also distinct enough from RoB's Cerberus that this is clearly not related aside from the generic look, CYGames Cerberus doesn't have a tail, has short red hair and wears a red metal bikini.

There was a manga about Kerberos with her as a cute girl. Or rather, girls. All with different personalities.
And also, Hades has a body pillow of her. And miniatures. And Hades' wife (Persephone, maybe, my Greek mythos memories are hazy) is totally jealous of the doge.
