Another colored novel illustration for the /a/'s Raildex General.

Redrawn the lineart for Shiage entirely as well as several parts of the Equ Dark Matter. Hardest part was of course the overall presentation and feel of the work. Like it should be shiny due to the bloody Meltdowner Beam, but it should at least feel a little wintry since they are in Russia. Though something a little overlaying here and there can't fix.

Now it looks like a Western comic book.

For those who are not in the know, this is Hamazura Shiage (the self-titled End of the Century Emperor) the 3rd protagonist after Touma and Accelerator of Toaru Majutsu no Index. Here, we see him being apprehended by an Equ Dark Matter soldier and at the same time being "saved" by Mugino Shizuri (The Meltdowner) with her power.

Update:
After some careful scrutiny by the anonymous community, I have discovered a grave err in my work. Mugino's particle beam is apparently of blue-to-purplish of color.

As such I have remedied with the mistake. Blends more easily now.
