May or may not be a reference to the Hirosaki x Hakodate tourism coop featuring a Sakura Miku x Snow Miku collab that was recently announced, possibly the first official Miku x Miku collab.

Sakura Miku has been the mascot for Hirosaki's cherry blossom festival for the past several years, with annual main visual by iXima. Snow Miku is the mascot of Sapporo's Snow Festival, and in general Hokkaido prefecture as a whole, with Hakodate being its third largest city. Both cities are located fairly close to each other, separated by the Tsugaru Strait.
