What I want to know is why do most female bodybuilders have masculine facial structures.

Most bodybuilders have to get implants because they've exercised all the fat out of their breasts. They always look unnatural unless the model gains weight and becomes less of a hardbody (tends to be a common practice when they do glamour pictorials or porn)

Years and years of steroid abuse. Male hormones, male bodies, male faces.
