The name of the skin, 幻夢のプロセルピナ (Genmu no Puroserupina), translates to "A Vision of Proserpina". Proserpina is the Roman analogue of the more well-known Greek goddess Persephone: daughter of Demeter/Ceres, her residence in the underworld for half of the year creates the seasons.

How they got "The Throne of Misfortune" from "A Vision of Proserpina" is anybody's guess.
