Welp, guess it didn't work

I am starting to think she ISN'T the one in control of the time loop. Now the question might be is who IS in control of the looping.....

With the Groundhog Day Movie with Bill Murray, he kinda just kept looping out of his control even if he commited suicide till he became a better person. Wonder if for our Protag, maybe he has to become a Hero or something.
