I think the translation should be this i think:
Temperament Sign "State of Desirelessness and Thoughtlessness"
Detail: For a limited period of time, strengthen the body to withstand hits without entering hitstun, but cannot guard while the effect lasts. She's actually just breathing in to withstand the pain.

Being an immortal shouldn't make Tenshi immune to Flan. If it can be destroyed physically and Flan has enough power, she can destroy it. And it's not even like she goes for a specific weak point. Her power works on whatever point on object that has the most pressure on it, so the "eye" probably moves depending upon the forces involved.

At least, that's how I think her power works based upon what I remember. I might be wrong, but her power isn't really as absolute as the narrative implies. Anything sufficiently tough or large should be too much for Flan to take down.

And yet in canon, Flandre has destroyed a meteor crashing down against the SM.

Magic and "ability" seem to be separate in the touhouverse though. Case in point: Marisa Kirisame. Has absolutely NO "ability" of her own, but can use magic.

Everything Koishi should now have long hair.
