Black Jack poster is smiling. On an earlier strip it wasn't. Probably nothing unless rewinding time changed some minor things.

Inb4 surprise catastrophe mandates that he continues journaling his story. I see this page as just for catching up with the current date, since it lagged behind due to time travel.
