I don't think this really fits the spirit of the pool. The artist didn't really predict anything, nor is there anything particularly humorous about someone sincerely hoping something will happen that eventually does happen.

I think I've got the gist of the translation, and it's definitely suitable for The Forbidden List pool, yeah?
