Don't know what you speak of, but this skin isn't a copy with small changes to Bismarck's maid skin. I did compare them both from the twitter announcement and don't see much of the resemblances. This is not targeted to your opinion since skins are a matter of taste yet a more unbiased view towards both skins when comparing them.

Well, I mean it doesn't look like Bismarck's maid outfit at all. If anything I'd say it looks more like a normal party dress than a maid outfit really.
