Fuck that noise... I think the Breasts are fine... Tifa is more than just tits... and she's lying down, natural breasts flatten out via gravity when in that position.

I would've preferred if the artist had added a tiny bit more roundness to her thighs, to reflect the strength in her legs.

Anybody balking about these breasts has clearly never seen a naked woman on her back or drawn one. Even DDs look like this when you're on your back.
