even assuming you're not a man making a joke, you are right in that measurements given in manga are generally far off from how big they'd look in reality at that size.

but keep in mind that you have to consider the bust and the underbust; if your underbust is 90cm and your bust is 106, then of course they're not going to look this big(since not as much of the 106 is made up of breast mass). i would assume that underbust is not far off from waist

106cm is 41in that is some pretty big cans.

Bust size is not the same as tits size, fatty.
