That's wishful thinking. He's got the wrong hair color, she's not wearing the bells in her twintails, and they just generally don't look like those characters unless you squint really hard.

Might be Asuka and Shinji.

Doubt it never seen her done that way and hes to muscular to be Shinji.

More than likely just originals that look similar to other characters.
