Well, it's an erotic game. But, this CG isn't from the game itself. The things that happen to Sakura are never actually shown in the game. They're just stated to have happened. And, her backstory is *really* sad. But, all this stuff is a big part of the plot. It's not just chucked in there to appeal to people with worm rape fetishes.

However the examples as depicted in Fate/Zero happen to her while she is still like 8 years old.
