Either you are blind, or you don't know what jpeg artifacts are. They're so bad you can even zoom out and still see them.
It really is a sad accomplishment to have a jpeg with such a huge filesize and at the time this terrible artifacting. I bet 95% of the filesize is used to accurately reproduce the artifacts.
They aren't actually THAT bad to warrant a deletion, imo... I mean, sure, it IS artifacted, but it's still acceptable, and image is pretty good, so unless someone find a clean version I'm re-approving this one.
there's stuff with such horrible artifacting in here that would make this image look high definition. it wasn't flagged at all, like this one post #95030.
