i like to imagine that it works like a karma point system where you get locked into the bad route by striking poses too much XD

I'd say it's too pixelated to tell from this pic if it's Shiraishi or Shiroishi, but isn't it Shiraishi (白石) from this pic: 6378133 (bottom right caption)?
Also naming a character something pronounced "shiraishirai" in an imagined, non-existent game sounds pretty intentional.
