She actually looks like a mature woman rather then a catch all age appearance most anime falls under

Mind the breast are rather large and quite firm rather then heavy looking

Well you're being presumptuous right here. Even if the people who DO like this are 13 year old boys it makes sense. Why? This is fan art from a comic geared towards 13 year old boys. People like things you don't like? Get over it. Not a big deal.

Boobs 4 times the size of the lady's head. perfectly normal and attractive to a reasonable man.
