Might as well not add the artist name if this keeps up all the time.

Well looking at the rest of this artist's gallery, the line arts, shading etc. still do look amateurish. No offense to them of course, chances are they just started drawing very recently. So while we can argue that the flagger should've been more specific, I say they still have a valid point.
