For me too. Yes, she provoked the players to attack her, but remember she did all SWR out of boredrom...

Just imagine you like American Football, you are bored, so you go out to play it, you dont really worry about getting hurt, or even more sometimes you may taunt the opposite, its not masochist is part of the game...
well for me, she just wanted to randomly fight or waste time, so she lured people to her so she can get into danmaku.

HONK HONK!!! So... um speed bumps, since it's a country road how about cow pies? Heck random passer out of towner might've thown garbage out the window so broken glass in the road... Tenshi might enjoy all that anyway.
