I say anything thats supposed to "Scare" animals only works at the begining. It always has to do with being wary of the unknown. but once the animals know its harmless, they just carry on as usual. My neighbor had one of those owl statues on his house to scare pigeons. it worked for like 3 weeks. Then they relized the owl never moved. If you got animal problems, the best thing to do is to get a Dog or something.
