It doesn't look to be Grima.

There's no purple flame aura around her, while her eyes are the yellow that Robin herself has rather than the red eyes that Grima has.

Ah, back then I was mostly just commenting on how weird that Plegia like is, as it doesn’t really makes sense with anything about the character.
