Dish's first design of Musashi was my favourite of the three, but I quite like the official one too.

I think it still came out fine, he might have to go back and make a layer adjustment to her hand though.

Sorry Dish, but I prefer my Dark Skinned Musashi from Kancolle. Still, would be interesting to see the crossover pictures people will make!

Hopefully we will get Dishwasher drawing some Official Artist Extras of her like Kronstadt and Prinz Henrich did.

This Musa has different colours purple and black on her kimono, while the original had crimson and black.

Also looooook at those tails they are so HUGE and SNUGGLEABLE!

He probably couldn't use her. She's a 2 year old fan design, they're not gonna pay someone for a design released publically years ago.

She's a natural UR, they're *always* L2D.

Shinano, as of this time, hasn't received a L2D. Though the race queen skin being a L2D wouldn't surprise me.

Shinano's default skin was given L2D months ago

The only UR ship, including retrofits and priority ships, to not have an L2D is the MKIII Bulin

Shinano's base skin is L2d. Do you even have her? I do and she's on my hub screen and is animated. And every native UR ship after her have been given L2D Base skins.

She also has the same eyes and ears.

Overall though this redesign seems to be heavily influenced by Raiden Shogun and possesses aesthetic elements that are derived from her such as the purple highlights in her hair and her rigging wielding a large version of the "booba sword". She even has the same electro-elemental aspect to her Genshin counterpart including the purple hue on the lightning. This promotional image is even stylized in a similar manner to the promotional art for Raiden Shogun. This is in no way a critique of the design as I think the homage was done in a very tasteful manner and Musashi retains a unique quality to her that makes her not a Raiden rip-off. That said, in before Yamato resembles Yae Miko.
