I'd like to see Hanayo and Honoka from Love Live. In this scenario, they are suddenly cyclops! They have 1 large eye. In addition, rather than a standard chest, their breasts have merged into a single, huge breast!
Also, their hips and thighs are wide too...
Honoka and Hanayo are wearing their practice clothes, but their single breasts cause their shirts to poke out a bit...
