There are other "adults" but they're unfathomable monsters trying to destroy Kivotos. Which I think is a heavy handed reference to Government oversight or something.
Also, as of right now in jp, there is 3 times as many 3* students than 2* or 1*s, and they're STILL NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO DRAW.
Yeah... The rates in BA are pretty bad... and the pity system sucks...
That's why I ended up dropping the game. I love the characters, but I don't have that much free time and available money to spend on a game with abysmal rates.
