I've played a shadow game where the loser has to draw a lewd fanart of the monster who delivered a final blow.
This time, it was Teardrop the Rikka Queen who finish the game.
She has a really high ATK thanks to several cute girls tributing themselves to raise her ATK.
So I interpreted that Teardrop's boobs will get bigger with her own effect as well.
