I think it's joking about how skimpy Kirin is. She was embarrassed, so put on somethnig less revealing.

C'mon, It's very simple. She's tired of being exposed time after time (first part and other comics), so she changes her armor. The last frame shows the banner when you retreat.

More like, She got a Kirin set and still doing well, but its too revealing (everyone can see her panties easily?) so she put on the ukantos armor instead except the head part then she got no skill active (2nd to last panel) and got pwned by i think its Uka
btw i think what she said in 2nd to last panel was "I don't have to worry about my pant exposed anymore" or sort
