The upper arm has a rather obvious deformity. Unless that's intentional, I'm guessing the artist traced the non-arm rest of the body from a photo or art by a better artist, but the original pose didn't include the hand gesture, and the artist doesn’t know how to draw perspective-foreshortenned limbs convincingly.
