Character: Medea from Fate/Stay Night
Costume: Could you make an outfit similar to this (https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FRv8QFvVUAE10F9?format=jpg&name=large) with a straw hat and lemon earrings? I really like lemon slice pattern!
Picture: She is standing in the water, smiling, tilting her hat with one hand and looking in camera. If possible, could you include a simple beach background?
I have attached references and a basic collage. You don't have to follow it exactly. I just used to convey a general idea.
