If you didn't already know what she went through you'd think she was a battle-hardened warrior replacing fallen limbs with mechanical ones. Considering the power source they probably have enough power to break down walls.
I personally think it's interesting how as the series goes along her breasts slowly shrink to a normal size only to get inflated again for the one-off artworks
Her bust looks roughly in line with her full body shot from the previous page. She and the medicine seller both generally wear clothing that, while reasonably form fitting, does hide their build to an extent.

I disagree, especially when looking at the first few few pages her breasts are almost the same size as her head, and by the full body shot they are a much more sensible size. In this picture they're cranked back up again
