If the pic offended me I wouldn't bother commenting on it. Unlike the rest of the "internet hate machine", I don't really care to comment on the quality of work if I don't like something. There's like a million images here, it's easy to move on.
However, there's a reason Danbooru has a ratings system, and this is a pretty blatant abuse of it. Something with the "pussy" tag probably doesn't belong in "s". "q"'s the goddamn default, so there's no excuse for changing it.

If you bothered enough to look at the godddamn HISTORY, you would see what happened. The one who rated it safe and then locked it was a janitor, and I guess he had a reason (like the thing making it explicit / questionable being virtually unnoticeable without a careful look, therefore irrelevant - s/q/e rating is primarily for people that browse at work etc.).
NWF_Renim commented. Apparently it was just a mistake, and given his rate of work here it's understandable. However, I'm not sure sure what YOUR problem is? This particular scenario would actually be a BIGGER abuse of the safe rating if it had been done intentionally. Someone glances over your shoulder at work and lord help you if they notice it. People have been fired for less. You're already on-guard doing so @ Danbooru, but a situation where you didn't catch it because the rating was safe and the thumbnail didn't show anything worrisome would be a bad combination.
And yes, I looked at the goddamn history, even asked about it in the forums. Hence how I found out it was an honest mistake just now.
