If you want to flag it for deletion, at least flag it for being Foster's... not poorly drawn. It's not a work of art, but I wouldn't call it poorly drawn.

They shouldn't be flagging it in the first place. The image was still in the moderate queue, and those images will automatically be deleted after 3 days unless approved. About the Moderation Queue.
