The background consists of shelves and fireplaces in Alice's home, displaying dolls in the shape of Alice, the Cheshire Cat, the Mad Hatter, and many watches of the White Rabbit, with all the hands pointing at the same spot unmoving.
The jar on the bottom left from which butterflies emerge holds the Butterfly Dream Pills (in Aya's interview of Eirin we find that Alice is a regular visitor of Eirin's, who regularly purchases the "Butterfly Dream Pills" from Eientei, which can give users pleasant dreams. The reason for purchasing this drug is unknown but possibly linked to Alice in Wonderland.) Butterflies also fly in from the window on the left, such that this scene is in Alice's dream, with a lock and puppet strings serving to confine this scene, while outside of the scene is mushrooms creeping from the Forest of Magic. Even if Marisa doesn't pick mushrooms or come to Alice's home anymore, the Butterfly Dream Pills can put these scenes back into Alice's mind.
Dolls being sewn in hands and the small black witch hat on the sewing cabinet - whether or not the person in the dream is still there is unknown. In this magic-filled forest scenes like this would not be strange even in a dream.
