though I am inclined to believe it seeing as the drawing styles are more or less identical

Evidence is a bit tricky with how jouzi makes his socials be somewhat temporary.

I think it's a safe assumption though, given the account naming and content. Art from both accounts ends up in jouzi archives too, such as that deviantart one
