The first volume of the Yellow arc was a bit meh for me, because of the sudden transition to a different character - especially after the epicness of the Red vs. Green battle - and the somewhat depressing situation (Red frozen, Elite Four after Yellow and Pikachu), but it quickly grew on me.
Also, if I recall correctly, either the 4th or the 5th volume of Pokemon Special was orange. It felt somehow wrong when compared to the color scheme of the first three volumes, for some reason.

She only did because Blue told her to. She wouldnt have done it otherwise. My memory is a bit fuzzy, but I believe Blue said it was for the purpose of keeping Yellows Identity as a "Vermillion child" in check.
