Then, the naming:
Featherine = Feather (羽) + in (入) = 羽入 (Hanyuu)
And her game piece's name:
Hachijou Tooya (八城　十八). 八城 can also be read "Yashiro" (as in, Oyashiro). Furthermore, Tooya (十八) is spelled with the numerical value 18; o-ya-shi-ro = 0+8+4+6 = 18.
