Considering that Umamusumes are solely female in their universe, they of course have to have kids with human males all the time. And their umamusume kids are still just as strong.

My headcanon is that there are two X-chromosomes present in the Umamusume world. One is the same with the normal X chromosome, while the other carries all the genes that would manifest into an Umamusume, let's call it the Uma-X chromosome. Of course, since umamusume is generally stronger and more resilient than normal human females, the logical conclusion would be that normal human females would eventually be phased out by genetics and survivability. Why this has not happened is probably because as gametes carrying the Uma-X chromosome would be a lot less viable and less able to fuse than the normal one, leading to far fewer Umamusume birth.
