Her 2nd leg. She has 1 raised and 1 lowered. You probably got confused because part of it is hidden behind Koishi's head.

No that's normal, it's just the angle. Her hand is bent backwards instead of towards the camera, so you're looking at the base of the hand.

I guess Okuu emits EMP when excited and Satori is tired of buying new electronics all the time. Sucks for her.
