The main character's name is Anastessa. She is Slaanesh Chaos Princess, she is ruling over Chaos Space Marines Warband. She has mystical ability to turn any person who had at least smallest sexual desire of her into her slave. So this is her power, that helps her to rule over chaos space marines and cultists.
