The main pattern is that huge breasts or any unconventional body types are usually frowned upon. You'd need to build up your reputation until you become an unrestricted uploaded if you want them to have a good chance to stay.

Let me guess, I need to get a lot of images approved for that, no other means of getting a reputation.

What kind of nonsense advice is this? As long as you don't upload anything that breaks the rules, upload images that fit danboorus standards and tag the images correctly 9/10 they'll be approved.

A frustrating number of my more recent posts haven't been approved over the last year. The only thing that comes to mind have been a factor is I have been working nights for the last year, so any posts I have made have been early morning or late night, so I can imagine they have been getting lost by the time most approvers are awake. But that doesn't sound right, given how posts come in on a constant stream.
