One would think. The only two that are obvious to me are the Pokeball and the Masterball.

I loves me some Premier Balling, and Luxury Ball truly is "gorgeous".

Cherish Balls are used for promotional Pokémon, such as the Pikachu-Colored Pichu being given out now (and, presumably, the Jirachi giveaway following).

In the games, it went with the cell phone connectivity. In the anime, it was pahsed out due to the Celebi-centric movie. However, I have no idea if it's been/being used for HG/SS.

This is the first time I've heard of a Moon Ball.

The GS Ball could also be a Park Ball, since they look identical (and can actually be used as a Pokeball, whereas the GS Ball is an event item).

This image is just six shy of having every ball. It's missing the Safari, Love, Compé, Nest, Dive, and Heal balls.

It's stylized, right "above" to button; it could be mistaken for another reflection.

Also, just occurred to me about the "H" on the Ultra Ball. Hopefully I used to know, but just forgot...

Ah, I see it now.

The nice thing about the "H" on the Ultra Ball is that it looks like an upside down "U" at any angle other than from above, allowing it to fit both its English and Japanese names.

This needs to be in 1920x1200!

Erm, isn't the friend ball no different than the luxury ball? They both increase the friendship of your pokemon, right? And what the hell is the level ball? Does it act as a daycare or something? If so, then where do I get one (some)??

IIRC (and you can just check the Bulbapedia page on the Balls anyway), Level Balls work better on 'mons lower level that the one you're using ATM.
