In the first place they're not human. If you're gonna complain about cold or whatsoever, then first complain about the submarines; contact with (moving) water saps body heat far faster than cold flowing air.

For me, the problem is not that the new Northern Parliament outfits are skimpy, but that they don't look like the NP outfits that came before— again, compare Voroshilov with her sister ship, Kirov, or Sevastopol with her sister ship Gangut.

Design inconsistency in Azur Lane is nothing new— just compare New Orleans, Astoria, and Minneapolis; or Richelieu, Jean Bart, and Gascogne.

At the same time, it feels like some of the ships are having their names changed at the last minute; Manchester looks like she was supposed to be the HMS Emerald instead, Implacable looks like she was supposed to be an Iris or Vichya KAN-SEN, and Sevastopol looks like an Iron Blood KAN-SEN with Northern Parliament rigging.
