In truth, she's quite an important person and is the culprit behind registering Mahiro into the census and enrolling Mahiro into middle school. In a way, she's the mastermind behind everything. Tenkawa Nayuta is her half-sister from another mother, and Chitose is currently watching over her. She supposedly sexually harasses and causes problems for Mihari whenever the opportunity arises.
