Well, think about it this way:
Back in high school she would have died of happiness just by being in a romantic moment with kyon, but now that that the two are living together and they've been so, ehem, Intimate with each other for so long, she feels that its a shame that all the things that she dreamed of doing with him then seem so trivial and every-day now.
